CrossFaderLA Return Policy

 

At CrossFaderLA, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. We have a detailed return policy to handle any issues that may arise. Please read the following carefully to understand the process.

General Conditions for All Returns:

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) from CrossFaderLA.com is required for all returns.

  • The return period begins on the day your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at CrossFaderLA@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.


 

Non-Vinyl Items (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)

 

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for non-vinyl merchandise.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


 

Used Vinyl Records

 

You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report an issue with a used vinyl record.

  • Eligibility: Due to the nature of used media, returns are only accepted if the record is significantly defective and unplayable. This is defined as having issues such as:

    • Deep scratches that cause multiple, repetitive skips or loops.

    • Severe warping that directly affects the turntable's ability to play the record.

    • Receiving a completely different record than the one listed on the album sleeve.

  • What is NOT covered: Minor surface noise, light crackles, or cosmetic imperfections on the sleeve that are typical for used records and do not impact playability are not considered grounds for a return. We grade our records carefully, but some character is to be expected.

  • Process: Please contact us within the 48-hour window with your order number and, if possible, a short video or audio clip demonstrating the issue. If the return is approved, CrossFader will cover the return shipping cost.


 

New/Sealed Vinyl Records

 

  • New vinyl can be returned within 14 days of delivery only if it remains unopened and in its original sealed condition.

  • If a new record is opened and found to have a manufacturing defect (e.g., severe warp, significant pressing flaw), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange.

  2. Provide Information: Include your full name, order number, the item you wish to return, and a clear reason for the return. For defective vinyl, please include photo or video evidence.

  3. Await Approval: Do not send any items back to us until you have received a return authorization and further instructions from our team.
