The crew at CrossFader will do our absolute best to track down the vinyl within your search criteria and, most importantly, within your budget. If we find the record but the price bumps up a bit beyond your budget, no sweat—we'll always check in with you for approval before we move forward.

Just so you know: We'll put in the work, but sometimes the item you're looking for is just too rare or out of reach. In those instances, we may not be able to secure it

-For any record with a final price over $50, we require a 50% deposit. We only ask for this deposit after we've successfully located and secured the vinyl. Once you give us the final go-ahead, we'll process the purchase through CrossFaderLA.com.

-If we find a high-value item over $200, we'll handle the introduction! We'll give you the necessary information to complete the purchase directly with the third-party seller. For these high-value transactions, CrossFader assumes no responsibility for the final purchase or delivery of the item.

Our Refund Policy

We only provide a full refund of your deposit if we are unable to secure the record for you. Once the vinyl is secured, and you've approved the final purchase, that deposit becomes non-refundable. Since we've already done the legwork and secured the record based on your request, we can't process cancellations or refunds for things like, "Oops, I changed my mind," or "Actually, I don't love these tracks."
